Little Janie Beeblossom - I was down to one plant last summer.  Seeds from last year's flowers resulted in over 10 plants this year.  Some flowers are light pink / almost white while others are pink.

Three Tradewinds Hibiscus: Mandarin Wind (orange), Cayman Wind (pink) & Tortuga Wind (red) are in large pots out front.  The double red Hibiscus is out front facing south during the winter (Hibiscus freeze easily) and in the backyard the rest of the year.  Two new additions in March 2020: Tangerine Dream (double orange) and Big Bang (yellow)

Snapdragons - March to April is their time … They don't like the intense summer heat … the tall ones in the back have reseeded on their own for the second year in a row!

Gerbera Daisies - catch them up close on first couple of days of blooms … colors can be stunning … need lots of water … will wilt in Houston heat

Bachelor's Button - Botanical Interests Tall Blend -  grow 2 to 3 feet high … seeds started indoors on 08-18-19 ... transplanted outdoors on 10-19-19 ... slowly grew all winter ... tolerated light frost well ... began blooming in late February.  Removed them on 04-18-20 … too leggy … falling over … have planted Lilliput Zinnia seeds in bed … shorter height of 16 to 18 inches would work better
