There are 8 varieties of orange daylilies with slideshows below. South Seas starts out each morning as a pink daylily but the color quickly changes to a coral almost orange color as the day progresses. South Seas is the most aggressive multiplying daylily I have ... and a dormant variety to boot which don't generally do as well down south. Keep South Seas away from other daylilies or they will take over!
Fire Bird Suite has the most striking orange color of the eight. Just the first year for this daylily. Looking forward to how the variety performs next year!
