It seems there are more pink / rose daylily varieties than any other color. You will find 19 pink varieties with slideshows below.
Stolen Treasure is my favorite, a very prolific grower/bloomer with flowers which sometimes have 4 petals/sepals rather than the usual 3. Barbara Mitchell has the beautiful curved flowers, but is not a prolific grower in Houston.
I love Jolyene Nichole's beautiful pink flowers. Key to My Heart has very large scapes that produce 8 to 10 blooms each. The flowers are slow to open ... almost never fully open ... but would be a welcome addition to any daylily garden.
