In the front yard between the fence and the street, I planted Dwarf Ruelias so I don't have to mow the grass & have blooms for all summer.  The red Caladiums line the fence

This is an overview of the little front yard: fountains, pentas, garden art and daylilies with the stone path leading to the back.
